What does 'concurrent users' mean?

Concurrent users mean how many people are logged into the system at the same time – thus the number of concurrent users necessary for your clinic is the largest number of users that need to be signed in to Juvonno at the same time.

Every clinic employee can create their own individual login, but the amount of users that can be logged in at the same time is equivalent to the number of concurrent users that a clinic has purchased.

On the login screen, Juvonno will show you how many concurrent users the clinic has paid for and how many people are signed in at that time.

Ex. Clinic A has 5 licenses and 8 employees. All 8 employees can create and use their own individual credentials to log in to Juvonno, but only 5 of them can be logged in at the same time.

Why do you use 'concurrent users'?

We use concurrent users because we know that practitioners may only be part-time at your clinic. This means that you don’t have to pay for an extra full license fee for this practitioner – you only pay for one concurrent user that can then be used for any staff member.

How does Juvonno's pricing plans work?

The “Growing Clinic” plan is designed for smaller clinics who are looking to expand and grow, to get up and running with Juvonno. It’s priced at $79.99/month per concurrent user paid annually and $25.00/month for any additional concurrent users paid annually.

The “Booming Business” plan is designed for small to medium-sized clinic chains who are looking to streamline and improve their clinic operations. It’s priced at $69.99/month for each clinic paid annually and $25.00/month for each concurrent user paid annually.

The “Established Enterprise” plan is designed for large clinic chains who are looking to centralize and streamline operations. We understand that every enterprise clinic has different needs, so the Juvonno team will provide custom quotes for organizations of this size.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Juvonno with any major credit or debit card. For Juvonno customers on our Enterprise plan, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or cheque. This will be arranged with an Account Manager during the quoting process.

Can I get my data into Juvonno from my current system?

Yes, absolutely. We have successfully transferred clinics from Jane, Clinicmaster, Practice Perfect, EMR Advantage, DC Max, Universal, Mindbody, Atlas Chiropractic, PMP, Innocare, Cliniko, and many others. And don’t worry. We’ll do your data import!

Can I export my data from Juvonno?

Of course you can! We obviously never want to lose you as a Juvonno user, but we don’t hold your data hostage. We’ll even help you export your data (for no charge) from Juvonno into files that makes it easy to upload into any other system.

What devices does Juvonno work on?

Juvonno works on all devices! Since Juvonno is web-based it works on Macs, PCs, iPhones, Androids, iPads, tablets and anything else with an internet connection.

How secure is Juvonno?

Protecting the data you trust to Juvonno is our highest priority, so we go a step past just being HIPPA compliant. All of our servers are in Canada (Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto) and stored in facilities with access restriction and are monitored 24/7. Each facility runs redundant ISPs, redundant power, and state of the art fire suppression and cooling systems. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to secure the connection between the user and our servers and routinely back up your data to present data loss and aid in recovery.

Do you offer academic pricing?

We currently work closely with the Canadian Chiropractic Memorial College, and we’re happy to work with any other students and schools who want to use Juvonno. Contact us.

Will I be charged taxes?

Provincial GST/HST taxes are applied to license costs and charged depending on the billing address of the customer.

What happens if my clinic loses its internet connection?

No problem! We’ve got a Plan B for you. If your clinic loses internet connection, you can still access Juvonno on any mobile device, like a tablet with data or your smartphone. You also have the ability to “tether” your 3G/LTE enabled device to a tablet or laptop and access Juvonno from there. You also have the ability to call one of your other clinics to use their computer or use your computer from home to access Juvonno.

Is there an on-premise version of Juvonno?

We are passionate about the web. We don’t plan to provide a hosted Juvonno solution, but we do plan to continually provide you with a robust and secure web-based software so you can focus on running a great business and providing the best services.
