Select any appointment to instantly view the patient's appointment details on the right side of the screen along with their past charts (in the Charts section). From here, you can easily add a new chart, continue an existing one, or efficiently create a new prescription, letter, or form.

2. My Dashboard: Charting Tab
For a deeper dive into your charts, the Charting tab keeps everything organized in one window. Effortlessly continue charting with a single click, and take advantage of sorting and updating tools to filter charts by status, mark them as complete, or lock them in bulk.

3. Integrating Your Personal Calendar
Need to check your schedule on the go? Easily push your Juvonno appointments to your iCal, Google, Outlook, or any third-party calendar. For privacy and compliance, only the patient’s first name will appear—so you can stay compliant and worry-free.

4. My Dashboard: Patient Drop-Offs Tab
Rounding out the top Dashboard features, the Drop-Offs tab lets you view patients who haven't rebooked and see when their last appointment was. Quickly filter results to show patients with active Follow-Ups assigned to them.

If a patient doesn’t have a Follow-Up scheduled, you can set one up directly—or, if your clinic has an active JComm subscription, send them a text message right from this tab.
5. Sharing Documents via the Patient Portal
Inside the Patient Profile, you can securely upload and share documents with your patients through the Patient Portal.
