Customer Success Manager
Our Customer Success team empowers Juvonno customers to start off on the right foot from a successful deployment, and then continually help customers get the most out of Juvonno over time. We’re passionate about helping our customers achieve success through anything and everything Juvonno. We thrive on customer interactions and helping them adopt new technology and new processes.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team to help support success and growth for our new and existing customers. You’ll partner closely with the sales team to help deploy Juvonno to new customers and provide support to existing customers.
With your Juvonno knowledge at hand, you’ll also partner closely with the Product team to ensure proper customer feedback is given back to them, so we can further improve the Juvonno platform.
• 2+ years in a customer facing role (CSM, Account Management, Sales)
• Have a genuine passion for helping teams succeed
• Solid communication skills and are able to provide clear and concise guidance through emails, screen sharing, over the phone, and/or in person
• You’re relentlessly optimistic and an adaptive problem solver
• Understand how to balance both advocacy for the customer and advocacy for the company
• Balance priorities and make decisions that best support the team and the customer
• You’re a generally awesome, fun human being. We always want to make the office a better place to work for everyone here!
It’s helpful if you have…
• Experience at a SaaS organization
• Experience in the technology industry
• A love for public speaking
• Experience in speaking fluent French
