4 NEW updates to check out in your Juvonno system

July’s new feature and product updates to get excited about.

NEW FEATURE! The Quick Create Menu

What is it?

A convenient new menu option for users to create new quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, appointments, and more from anywhere within the system.

Why is it important?

Create new documents and tasks way faster! Instead of going into the module to get something done, tasks will be able to be created straight from any screen in the system.

How does it work?

Find your Quick Create Menu in the header bar located at the top of your screen. Select an option and a new window will appear to complete your task.

Note: User types and module settings can be adjusted to restrict what users are allowed to see in the Quick Create Menu.

“Next Appointments” switched to “View Appointments”

What is it?

Now Juvonno users have the ability to see all of the patient’s appointments, whether in the past or in the future, all in one place.

Why is it important?

Instead of only being able to see a patient’s appointments in the future, now Juvonno users can also go back into past appointments to see who the practitioner was, the reason for the appointment, duration, treatments, invoices, and more.

How does it work?

It’s in the same place as before, just click on an appointment and you’ll see a dropdown list for more details. Then, click on “view Appointments”, which when clicked will give you various options to view all the patient’s appointments.

Custom Forms now found in Charts

What is it?

All custom forms and chart templates are now found under charting with its own tab.

Why is it important?

Juvonno users will be able to easily find those custom forms along with all the rest of the charts, right where they should be.

How does it work?

Just head over to a patient’s profile, under the charts tab where you will find an [+Add] button to open a new chart and locate your custom forms!

Patient Portal “booked” appointments are now blank slots

What is it?

Inside of a Juvonno clinic patient portal, after appointment confirmation is sent to a patient, the booked time slot is now seen as blank.

Why is it important?

Clinics may not want patients to see what slots are necessarily booked or what slots the clinics have booked as closed. This way there is increased privacy provided to the clinic.

How does it work?

It’s all the same as before, but now when a patient receives an appointment confirmation, the booked time slot will no longer be marked as “booked” but will appear blank.
